Brand Ambassador

What you will do

A brand ambassador is the face of a brand in public. Malls, events, stores, markets and roadshows.

The stand is the base. It gets set up in the morning, kept neat and stocked through the day, and packed down at close.

Most of the work is conversation. Explaining the product to shoppers walking past, handing out samples, answering questions in plain language.

Leads are captured on a tablet or a form, and the details have to be right.

There is a daily target for people reached, samples handed out or sign ups collected, with numbers going in at the end of each shift.

Photos and video from the stand go back to the client.

Shoppers say what they really think of a product, and that feedback goes back to the agency.

Weekends, month end and public holidays are the busy trading days, so those are working days.
