What you will do

You run the people side of the business. Hiring, contracts, discipline, performance, payroll input and compliance.

You own recruitment start to finish. You write the ad, you screen, you interview with the line manager and you get the offer out.

You handle employee relations. Warnings, hearings, grievances and CCMA matters. You coach line managers so they follow the right process.

You keep the company compliant with the BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity and Skills Development Act, and you submit the EE report and WSP on time.

You run performance reviews and build the training plan from what they show.

You work with payroll on leave, new starters and exits.

What you need

•

Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

•

At least 5 years in HR with 2 years at manager level

•

You know SA labour law well, BCEA, LRA and EEA

•

You have chaired or represented the company at a disciplinary hearing CCMA experience

•

Experience on an HR or payroll system, for example Sage People or SimplePay

•

SABPP registration is a plus
