You own the flow of goods from supplier to customer. Buying, planning, stock, warehousing and delivery.
You do the demand planning so the business holds enough stock to meet demand while keeping cash free.
You manage suppliers on price, lead times and delivery performance, and you bring in new ones as the business grows.
You run the warehouse side. Stock accuracy, stock takes, shrinkage control and getting deliveries out in full and on time.
You report monthly on stock days, fill rate, delivery on time and landed cost.
You lead a team of planners, buyers and warehouse staff
Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations
At least 5 years in supply chain with 2 years managing a team
You have done demand planning and supplier negotiation yourself
Strong on ERP systems, for example SAP, Syspro or Sage
You can read the numbers and act on them, not just report them
Valid drivers licence
