About the job

As a Sales Closer and Project Strategist, you will own the full client journey from close to kickoff. You day starts with a team huddle, CRM check, and pre - call prep. You will conduct 3 - 5 qualified sales calls daily via phone and Zoom, running discovery, presenting our offers, handling objections, and closing high - ticket deals. After closing, you transition to strategist: You can run the onboarding call, define goals, build a 30 - 60 - 90 day roadmap, and brief our fulfillment team. You will also identify upsell opportunities, solve early client roadblocks, and ensure smooth handover for long - term retention and growth.

4+ in high - ticket, closing, sales, or business development

Able to work 40hrs a week with Compensation Package: 190/hr Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Commissions
