We’re looking for a driven and confident Growth & Digital Outbound Specialist to help grow our client pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, outbound outreach, or lead generation.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence with LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
- Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- Reports directly to the team leader
- Works in a team of 15
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
Connect with prospective and inbound clients
Follow up with prospects and support business growth
Manage and update CRM pipeline activities
At least a year of experience
Speaks English
Reliable internet
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
Comfortable using CRM
