Store Manager – Fashion Retail | South Africa 2026

We are recruiting a Store Manager for a premium fashion retail brand opening new stores across South Africa. This is not just another management role. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up and leave your mark on a growing brand.

What you will be responsible for: Leading and developing a high performing store team. Driving sales targets and maximising store profitability. Delivering a premium customer experience consistently. Managing stock, shrinkage, and store operations efficiently. Reporting on store performance and implementing action plans.

What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years store management experience in fashion retail. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Strong people leadership and team development skills. Excellent understanding of stock management and visual merchandising. Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

This role is permanent and based in Cape Town.
