Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

About the job

You will run the whole store. You lead the team, you drive the sales and you make sure the store looks good every single day.

Your day covers staff, stock and sales. You build the roster, you train your team on the floor and you keep them motivated to hit target. You check stock in, you count it and you keep shrinkage down. You make sure the store is clean, the rails are full and the displays follow the brand look.

You work with the numbers too. You track daily and weekly sales, you know why they are up or down, and you have a plan to fix it. You report to the area manager on how the store is doing.

You must be on the floor with your team and with customers, not sitting in the office. Retail hours apply, so that means weekends, month end and public holidays.

Pay depends on your experience and the size of the store.
