Senior Software Developer

What you will do

You will build and look after the software the business runs on. You write the code, you review the code your team writes and you make sure what ships actually works.

You take a problem from a business person who does not speak tech, you turn it into a plan, and you build it. You do not wait for someone to hand you a ticket with every step written out.

You work with a team. You mentor the junior developers, you sit in the planning and you push back when a deadline does not fit the work.

You care about the boring parts. Tests, error handling, security and making sure the thing does not fall over at month end when everyone logs in at once.

Some of our clients are fully remote and some want you in the office two or three days a week. Tell us what you want when you apply.
