What you will do

Key Disciplines We Are Recruiting For:

Inbound Customer Success: Managing high-volume omnichannel queries via voice, email, and live chat.

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Cold calling, CRM management, and high-conversion telesales.

Technical Support (Tier 1 & Tier 2): Troubleshooting SaaS platforms, e-commerce portals, and digital services.

Virtual Assistance & Back-Office: Data capturing, executive support, and administrative operational flow.

BPO & SLA Management: Operating strictly within corporate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and First Contact Resolution (FCR) targets.

The Tech Stack & Environment:

Familiarity with enterprise CRM and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk).

Experience with cloud-based dialing software (Vicidial, 3CX, Aircall).

Ability to execute seamless remote communication via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.

Mandatory Remote Infrastructure Requirements:

A dedicated, quiet, and professional home workspace.

A stable, high-speed Fibre internet connection (Minimum 20Mbps Uncapped).

Uninterrupted power supply (UPS or Inverter) to ensure zero downtime during load shedding.

A high-quality noise-canceling USB headset and reliable desktop/laptop (Core i5/8GB RAM minimum).
