What you will be responsible for: Answering incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests on first contact where possible. Capturing customer information accurately on internal systems. Maintaining a positive and professional tone in every interaction. Meeting daily call handling targets and quality standards.

What we are looking for: Matric certificate essential. Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills. Available to start immediately. Based in Port Elizabeth or surrounding areas.

Working hours: Shifts including evenings and weekends may be required depending on the client.

This role is based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
