We are looking for energetic and customer focused Customer Assistants to join a premium fashion retail brand opening new stores across South Africa. If you love retail, understand style, and know how to make every customer feel valued this role is for you.

What you will be responsible for: Delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and premium customer experience on the sales floor. Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintaining store presentation and replenishing stock on the floor. Supporting the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

What we are looking for: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Passionate about fashion and current trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target driven with a positive and energetic attitude. Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

This role is permanent and based in Cape Town.
