Client Relations Lead – Tech ( KZN )

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relations Lead to join an innovative South African startup that has developed a safe, interactive AI-powered platform designed specifically for children aged 5 to 12. The platform offers a fun and secure way for kids to ask questions, get homework support, and explore learning through age-appropriate content and games.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, education, and child safety. You will play a key role in introducing this cutting-edge ed-tech solution to schools, parent communities, and educational institutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive downloads of the platform to schools, tutoring centres, and parent networks
  • Build strong relationships with education professionals and parenting communities
  • Present and demonstrate the product’s unique value in supporting safe, smart learning & fun
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with SME’s.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in tech or education sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for child development, education, and digital safety
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Valid Drivers License & Reliable Vehicle

Remuneration
