Client Relations Lead – Tech ( Cape Town )

What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relations Lead to join an innovative South African startup that has developed a safe, interactive AI-powered platform designed specifically for children aged 5 to 12. The platform offers a fun and secure way for kids to ask questions, get homework support, and explore learning through age-appropriate content and games.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, education, and child safety. You will play a key role in introducing this cutting-edge ed-tech solution to schools, parent communities, and educational institutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive downloads of the platform to schools, tutoring centres, and parent networks

Build strong relationships with education professionals and parenting communities

Present and demonstrate the product’s unique value in supporting safe, smart learning & fun

Collaborate with the marketing and product team to refine go-to-market strategies

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with SME’s.

Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in tech or education sales

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Passion for child development, education, and digital safety

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Valid Drivers License & Reliable Vehicle
