Call Centre Agent

What you will do

Education: Matric (Grade 12) certificate (non-negotiable for most corporate or BPO campaigns).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Language Fluency: Proficiency in an additional official language depending on the campaign (e.g., Afrikaans, isiZulu, or Setswana).

Tech Literacy: Basic computer literacy, ability to navigate web apps, and fast typing speed.

Experience: 6 to 12 months of customer service, retail, sales, or reception experience (though entry-level options can drop this).

Compliance: A clean criminal and credit record (mandatory for banking, insurance, and telecom accounts).

Shift Readiness: Willingness to work flexible hours, night shifts, weekends, or public holidays.
