We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager. If you are ambitious, customer obsessed, and ready to grow this is your opportunity.
What you will be responsible for: Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Leading the team on the floor and driving daily sales performance. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times. Assisting with stock management, receiving, and visual merchandising. Stepping up confidently when managing the store independently.
What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in fashion retail. Strong sales floor leadership skills. Passionate about people, product, and performance. Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
This role is permanent and based in Cape Town.
