Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What you will do

While this role will require a strong focus on machine learning knowledge and skills to enable Data Scientists and Decision Scientists to do work more efficiently; a strong emphasis will be on theapplication and integration of generative AI models into products and services. The intended candidate will be a strongdriver of innovation in the space, ensuring the enhancement of the user experiences through AI. Lastly, the intended candidate will be expected to collaborate in creating and delivering the AI strategy to ensure the bank is able to compete in a fast-changing landscape. The effective use of AI technologies will be a key strategic differentiator in the future

Required Skills

Machine Learning Methods: 8 to 9 years

Aws: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

·      Masters Degree in Information Technology - Computer Science or Engineering - Other

      Machine learning (MLOps) and software engineering experience

·       Providing technical subject matter expertise, leading on complex data science / machine learning initiatives or projects in multiple technical areas

·       Providing Technical subject matter expertise oversight of data scientists / teams to support delivery of solutions to business.

·       Guiding and leading technical teams to maintain ML standards and practice

·       Experience with deploying and fine-tuning generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E)

·       Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch

·       Experience in integrating AI models into applications and services

·        Knowledge of prompt engineering and model optimization techniques
