About the job

There is a basic salary plus commission. The numbers above are the basic only.

You run a sales team selling to other businesses. You own the target and the plan to hit it.

You build the pipeline. You know how many leads turn into meetings, how many meetings turn into deals and how long a deal takes to close, and you work back from the target to the daily activity.

You coach your reps. You go on calls with them and you show them what to try next.

You handle the big accounts yourself, including pricing and negotiation.

You report weekly on pipeline, closed business and what is at risk.
