We are hiring 4 festive sales assistants for a premium international fashion brand at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The contract runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026, about 45 hours a week on a roster that includes weekends and public holidays. You will report to the store manager and work alongside the permanent store team. A typical day involves welcoming customers, helping them find the right fit, keeping the floor and fitting rooms tidy, and helping at the till during busy periods. You must be well presented, friendly and reliable. Casuals who complete the contract with no unplanned absences receive a stay bonus in January.
Greets and helps customers on the shop floor and at the till
Keeps the store neat, packs and replenishes stock, and keeps displays looking premium
Supports the team with fitting rooms, queues and gift wrapping during the festive rush
Well presented, friendly and confident with customers
Available to work weekends and public holidays from 1 November to 31 December
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
