Remote Personal Assistant
Location: Remote (Office in Johannesburg, South Africa)

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Manage email correspondence and prioritize incoming communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
