What you will be responsible for: Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Presenting products, services, or information clearly and persuasively. Handling objections professionally and confidently. Capturing call outcomes and customer data accurately. Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
What we are looking for: Matric certificate essential. Previous outbound call centre or sales experience is an advantage. Resilient, target driven, and self motivated personality. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Computer literate. Available to start immediately. Based in Durban or surrounding areas.
Working hours: Shifts including evenings and weekends may be required depending on the client.
This role is based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
