What you will do

Next Job is aggressively expanding our Agile Deployment Roster for logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations professionals. As the South African e-commerce and retail distribution sectors scale, our enterprise clients require rapid-response strike teams and experienced supply chain management to maintain high-volume fulfillment.

Key Operational Disciplines We Are Recruiting For:

Warehouse & Distribution Management: Overseeing inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, and high-volume dispatch operations.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Route planning, fleet controlling, and cross-border transport administration.

Material Handling & Equipment Operations: Certified Forklift, Reach Truck, and specialized heavy machinery operators.

Fulfillment & Pick/Pack Operations: High-speed order picking, barcode scanning, packing, and quality assurance for e-commerce hubs.

FMCG Merchandising & Floor Supervision: Tactical retail execution, stock rotation, and on-the-floor team leadership.

The Enterprise Environment & Systems:

Proficiency with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).

Experience utilizing RF scanners and automated inventory tracking technology.

Familiarity with fleet routing and telematics software (Mix Telematics, Tracker, Cartrack).

Strong adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and ISO standards within industrial environments.

Mandatory Professional Requirements:

Verifiable experience within a commercial warehouse, transport logistics, or retail distribution environment.

High adaptability and readiness for shift work, including night shifts, weekends, and peak-season rotational rosters.

A strong track record of reliability, physical stamina for floor operations, and exact attention to detail in high-pressure fulfillment scenarios.

Valid driver’s licenses and up-to-date certifications for any heavy machinery roles.
