Junior Tax Administration Clerk

The abovementioned position available for a dynamic individual with outstanding administrative, organisational and communications skills.

This role will be responsible for providing office support to the Tax department through various administration functions. Duties will include: *Client Record Maintenance on GreatSoft and on SARS eFiling *Preparation and Dispatch of Assessment- and Provisional Tax Letters to Clients *Registered Detail Changes (verification required by SARS) *Assisting with client take-ons & client deletions *Assisting with applications for Income Tax Registrations and De-registrations *Billing *All other functions associated with this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Administration-focused role (experience with tax administration will be advantageous);

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office);

• Superb attention to detail.
