Experience: Minimum 1 year of Call Centre Experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Call Centre Agent.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
