Experience: Minimum 1 year of Call Centre Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Call Centre Agent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
