We are looking for a Business Development Director who can turn big ideas into commercial success. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building markets, closing high-value deals, and leading talented teams in a fast-moving tech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the growth of our app, tablet, and SaaS product lines into new and existing markets
  • Lead the commercialization process from concept to large-scale adoption
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and partnerships team
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships across sectors and regions
  • Shape our go-to-market strategies with product and marketing teams
  • Represent our brand at events, conferences, and in high-stakes client meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in commercializing technology products and SaaS solutions
  • At least 5 years in senior business development, commercial, or sales leadership roles
  • Experience managing high-performing, distributed teams
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and passport, with the ability to travel regularly
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and adaptable to a fully remote working model
  • Based in South Africa (head office in Johannesburg, remote work standard)
