Personal Assistant

Location: Midrand Johannesburg, South Africa)

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
  2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  3. Handle travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  4. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
  6. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  7. Assist in organizing and executing company events, conferences, and meetings.
  8. Manage email correspondence and prioritize incoming communications.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Basic Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  4. Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  7. Drivers License & Own Car Essential
