Overview:The Senior Active Directory Engineer will work with stakeholders to maintain a secure and stable Active Directory environment. This role involves on-site support during business hours and standby availability outside of hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversight:Â Manage Microsoft Active Directory systems, including ADFS, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, and Azure AD.
Service Quality:Â Ensure ongoing support and quality of Active Directory services.
Incident & Event Management:Â Handle escalations and critical incidents to minimize business impact.
Governance Compliance:Â Review information systems for adherence to regulations and policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:Â Manage relationships and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
Client Service Support:Â Oversee resource planning and performance tracking to meet service levels.
Process Improvement:Â Drive efficiencies in service delivery and manage capacity, continuity, and security.
Lifecycle Management:Â Schedule hardware installations and manage vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
Minimum two years’ experience in Active Directory and troubleshooting.
Up-to-date MCSE certification.
Familiarity with technologies like Azure AD, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Office 365.
Note: The role is client-facing, requiring excellent communication and relationship management skills. Must have drivers License.
