Role Description
NextJob is seeking a temporary Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role will be located in Midrand, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cold-calling potential customers, managing accounts, and closing deals to increase NextJob’s customer base and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
