Our dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in data capturing, coordinating office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Capturing:
    • Accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
    • Maintenance and organization of databases and records.
  2. Coordinating Office Responsibilities:
    • Managing office supplies and inventory.
    • Coordinating meetings and appointments.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  3. Communication:
    • Maintaining effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
    • Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Assisting with general administrative tasks.
    • Providing support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.
